3. User Responsibilities
- Private Keys: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys. BlockDeploy does not store, transmit, or have access to your private keys. Never share your private keys with anyone.
- Contract Deployment: You are responsible for all transactions initiated through the Service, including gas fees and any consequences resulting from contract deployment or function calls.
- Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 2025
1. Information We Collect
BlockDeploy is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:
- No Personal Data: We do not require registration or collection of personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Local Storage: The Service uses browser localStorage to store deployment logs and transaction history locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser.
- No Tracking: We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services that collect personal information.
2. How We Use Information
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no information to use, share, or sell. All operations occur locally in your browser.
3. Private Keys and Wallet Information
Critical: BlockDeploy never has access to your private keys. All cryptographic operations involving private keys occur entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or have any access to your private keys or wallet information.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service connects to public RPC endpoints (Ethereum and BNB Chain networks) for blockchain interactions. These connections are made directly from your browser and are subject to the privacy policies of the respective RPC providers.
5. Data Security
All data processing occurs locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers except for optional Telegram notifications (if configured), which only include transaction status information, not private keys or personal data.
6. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. You can clear all local data by clearing your browser's localStorage.
7. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

1. Not Financial Advice
The information provided by BlockDeploy is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
2. Smart Contract Risks
Smart contracts deployed through BlockDeploy are your responsibility. The platform provides tools for deployment but does not audit, verify, or guarantee the security, functionality, or correctness of any smart contract code. You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and understanding contract code before deployment
- Testing contracts on testnets before mainnet deployment
- Conducting security audits if handling significant value
- Understanding the risks associated with smart contract deployment
3. Blockchain Network Risks
BlockDeploy interacts with public blockchain networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain). These networks are subject to:
- Network congestion and high gas fees
- Potential network forks or upgrades
- Smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits
- Regulatory changes in various jurisdictions
4. No Endorsement
BlockDeploy does not endorse, recommend, or promote any specific smart contract templates, tokens, or DeFi protocols. Contract templates are provided as examples only. Use at your own risk.
5. MEV Bot Disclaimer
If you use MEV bot contracts through BlockDeploy:
- MEV strategies involve significant financial risk
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You may lose all invested capital
- MEV activities may be subject to regulatory scrutiny in some jurisdictions
- Only invest what you can afford to lose
6. Limitation of Liability
BlockDeploy, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from:
- Use of smart contracts deployed through the platform
- Loss of private keys or funds
- Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
- Network failures or blockchain issues
- Regulatory actions or legal consequences

Security Information
Last Updated: January 2025
1. Local Processing
BlockDeploy is designed with security as a core principle. All critical operations occur locally in your browser:
- Compilation: Solidity compilation happens in a Web Worker in your browser
- Private Keys: Never leave your device - all cryptographic operations are local
- No Server Storage: We don't store your keys, contracts, or transaction data on our servers
2. Private Key Security
Critical Security Practices:
- Never share your private keys with anyone, including BlockDeploy support
- Never enter your main wallet's private key - use a dedicated deployment wallet
- Always verify the website URL before entering any private key
- Use hardware wallets for high-value operations when possible
- Clear browser data after use if on a shared computer
3. Browser Security
To maximize security:
- Keep your browser updated to the latest version
- Use a modern, secure browser (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions that might intercept or modify page content
- Use the Service only on trusted networks (avoid public Wi-Fi)
- Enable browser security features and warnings
4. Smart Contract Security
Before deploying any contract:
- Review Code: Always review contract code before deployment
- Test First: Deploy and test on testnets before mainnet
- Audit: For contracts handling significant value, consider professional security audits
- Understand Risks: Be aware of common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, access control)
- Use Templates Wisely: Contract templates are examples - modify and audit before use
5. Network Security
BlockDeploy connects to public RPC endpoints. Be aware that:
- RPC providers may log your IP address and transaction data
- Consider using your own RPC node for maximum privacy
- Verify you're connecting to the correct network (mainnet vs testnet)
- Double-check all transaction details before confirming
6. Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a security vulnerability in BlockDeploy:
- Do not publicly disclose the issue
- Contact us through our official channels
- Provide detailed information about the vulnerability
- Allow reasonable time for us to address the issue
7. Best Practices
Recommended Security Workflow:
- Create a dedicated wallet for contract deployment (not your main wallet)
- Fund it with only the minimum required ETH/BNB for deployment
- Test all contracts on testnets first
- Review and understand contract code
- Deploy on mainnet only after thorough testing
- Monitor deployed contracts regularly
- Keep backups of important contract addresses and ABIs
8. No Guarantees
While BlockDeploy implements security best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security. The blockchain ecosystem is constantly evolving, and new vulnerabilities may be discovered. Use the Service at your own risk and always follow security best practices.
